South Broadway Duplex Development Update

When discussing Denver Investment Properties and locations of interest, duplex projects and the S Broadway corridor go hand in hand.

In the next month I’ll be listing each side of the attached duplex for just under 600k (per side).  These projects involve a lot more than a basic fix and flip; however, the profits make it all worth it!  The average return for a duplex project similar to this one is $150,000.
