With the NW Highlands pushing up to 46th in all directions, it was only a matter of time before similar Denver investment properties were going to happen in the Regis neighborhood. With easy access to I-70, downtown, Willis Case Golf Course, and the Highlands, this is definitely a community investor should have on their radar.
