The other single family home is a story and a half, 1333 finished sq ft above grade and is a 3b/1b. Asking price is 325k. It has leases in place until the end of May,2014. Current rent is $1,948/month and tenants pay utilities (owner pays water/sewer). Based upon asking price, the CAP is 6.5%.
