Sold on Deals at Denver Foreclosure Auction

This past weekend there was a large foreclosure auction in Denver, selling close to 100 properties for huge discounts.  The Denver Post wrote up review here that discusses a first time homebuyer’s purchase, as well investors looking to rent out these properties as an investment.

When I saw some of the deals sold, they weren’t anything better than what my investors see everyday through my “daily hotsheet.” Again, our software scans the Denver/Boulder MLS everyday and determines how much under market value these properties are.  Many are 50 cents, even higher, on the dollar.
