Last week I helped a past client investor sell her 3 story, plus rooftop deck, investment property off the West Colfax corridor and just south of Sloan’s Lake. I also helped her acquire the property from the builder several years prior and one of the main attractions was the proximity to the Perry St light rail station which goes straight to Union Station in Downtown Denver. My client rented the unit long term for aprox $3,000 month. The property was run by a Party Wall Agreement, then a servicing company from there to organize monthly payments from all owners.
