Today’s Denver Investment Property was in Congress Park, on the east side of Denver. The Seller bought the property distressed as a reverse mortgage short sale. Never heard of such a thing? Well, I’ve helped many buy short sales, but this was my first reverse mortgage short sale. Anyways, the Seller bought the property for 250k, put 100k into it, and I just sold the rehabbed version for 417k.
Not only did I get the property under contract in 21 days, I also found the Buyers through an aggressive marketing campaign that I implement for all my Sellers! Interested in Denver fix and flips? Contact Me for more info on these types of Denver Investment Property projects.
