The post Just Sold: Regis Development/Investment Project first appeared on Denver Investment Properties.]]> My latest just sold Denver investment property was a single-family home in the Regis neighborhood (just north of the Highlands).  Regis development deals are happening all around the university.  With the NW Highlands pushing up to 46th in all directions, it was only a matter of time before similar Denver investment properties were going to happen in the Regis neighborhood.  With easy access to I-70, downtown, Willis Case Golf Course, and the Highlands, this is definitely a community investor should have on their radar.
